1、螺旋形狀20°以上的固定螺旋方式。機(jī)殼的進(jìn)排風(fēng)屏蔽線切入螺旋，以轉(zhuǎn)子頂端光面線構(gòu)成的三角形進(jìn)排風(fēng)口，通過轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)而循序打開。本風(fēng)機(jī)發(fā)進(jìn)排風(fēng)口，不像舊式羅茨螺旋風(fēng)機(jī)那樣在瞬間打開或關(guān)閉，所以運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音極小，幾乎沒有排風(fēng)脈動(dòng)。

         進(jìn)口羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)為容積式風(fēng)機(jī)，輸送的風(fēng)量與轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)成比例，三葉型羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪每轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一次由兩個(gè)葉輪進(jìn)行三次吸、排氣，與二葉型相比，氣體脈動(dòng)變少、負(fù)荷變化小、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、噪音低、振動(dòng)也小。
